Characteristics of steel grade AISI 316Ti / TP 316Ti : 

ASTM A312 - Seamless and straight-seam welded austenitic pipe intended for high temperature and general 

corrosive service. Filler metal not permitted during welding.

ASTM A358 - Electric fusion welded austenitic pipe for corrosive and/or high temperature service. Typically 

only pipe up to 8 inch is produced to this specification. Addition of filler metal is permitted during welding.

ASTM A790 - Seamless and straight-seam welded ferritic/austenitic (duplex) pipe intended for general corrosive 

service, with a particular emphasis on resistance to stress corrosion cracking.

ASTM A409 - Straight-seam or spiral-seam electric fusion welded large diameter austenitic light-wall pipe in 

sizes 14” to 30” with walls Sch5S and Sch 10S for corrosive and/or high.

ASTM A376 - Seamless austenitic pipe for high temperature applications.

ASTM A813 - Single-seam, single- or double- welded austenitic pipe for high temperature and general corrosive 

applications.

ASTM A814 - Cold-worked welded austenitic pipe for high temperature and general corrosive service.

ASTM A213 - Standard Specification for Seamless Ferritic and Austenitic Steel Boiler, Superheater, and Heat 

Exchanger Tubes.

INOX 316Ti is an authentic stainless steel. In principle, this is a version of AISI 316 steel with the addition of titanium. 

Differs in high resistance to a sensitization during a long time at a temperature of 550 - 800℃ . It is used where the 

main requirement is high corrosion resistance in conditions of increased aggressiveness.

Chemical composition in% steel 316Ti :

Molybdenum in the composition increases the corrosion resistance of AISI 316 in acid vapors, sea water.

Titanium - increases the strength of steel and enhances resistance to aggressive environments.

Characteristics and properties of stainless steel tube:

high plasticity and viscosity;

excellent resistance to corrosion processes, due to which the operation of rolled products with highly aggressive carriers 

is allowed;

bactericidal properties, allowing the use of products in the food industry;

relatively light weight.

Seamless round stainless pipes, due to the absence of seams, are characterized by high consumer properties, 

offering consumers valuable qualities:

when operating in main pipelines - absolute tightness of the pipe;

high resistance to corrosion;

the ability of the product to be deformed, while the mechanical properties of the surface are not violated;

long period of operation.

Stainless Steel Welded Round Tubes also have all of the above properties, but with the addition of a small cost that 

makes them very popular in low cost projects such as general purpose piping systems

Application of stainless steel pipe:

The main areas of application of stainless steel pipes are the laying of hydraulic pipelines and the creation of pneumatic 

machine systems, heating systems. Stainless steel pipelines can be laid both inside and outside buildings. Various types
